Looking for a great photographer?

Look no further than Kate Fisher Photography in Huntington!
The photographer's name is actually Cassie Anderson and she is the best! Chris and I first met with her back in April and she was so nice! Her studio was under construction, so we didn't get to see it. Not that that matters,  she'll be coming to us lol. Anyway, she was very accommodating and asked us several questions so she could get to know us and our style a little better. She's also very reasonably priced and is willing to work with her clients.
We opted for the Wedding Day collection, which offers full ceremony and reception coverage as well as group and individual shots...all for $1000! She's not charging us to drive to Charleston, which is great. She also offers engagement, boudoir, trash the dress and bridal portraits as well.
Cassie's eye for photography is amazing. Her photos are fun and beautiful. The subjects of her photos, whether bride and groom or newborn baby look very comfortable on film and she captures the emotion of the scene.
I suggest that every bride-to-be contact Kate Fisher Photography and at least meet with Cassie. If you don't hire her, you're crazy!

Another great photographer to consider

Danielle Mavrick was my high school English teacher. After I had her my junior year, she moved to Virginia and got married. She now has two adorable little boys. So adorable, in fact, that she turned serious about her photography habit. In the three years since Danielle became a mom, she opened A La Mode Photography and specializes in children, wedding and engagement photos.
I saw on Facebook that she would be back in town to visit family and was offering a few sessions. I had viewed her photos before and really loved them, so I asked if she would do an engagement session for Chris and me. So early one Sunday, before church, we met downtown and did a 30-minute "mini-session." The photos turned out beautifully. She has a great eye for photography and really captured Chris and me for who we are. There are a lot of photos of us laughing, which is all we do when we're together.
Three weeks later, our photos were edited and available for editing. I was really pleased with the photos and can't wait to use them!
Danielle charged $75 for the mini-session. Packages for that particular session start at $150, but individual prints start at $15. Find her on Facebook under A La Mode Photography.
